Product Description

Cannulated Drill Machine – A+140/340 for Extremity Trauma Surgery

The cannulated drill machine model A+140/340 represents the latest advancement in autoclavable bone drilling technology, specifically designed for extremity traumatology procedures. This versatile orthopedic host is engineered for adaptability, accommodating a Jacobs bone drill chuck, K-wire driver, and flexible reamer. With dual-speed options of 0-800 rpm and 0-1200 rpm, surgeons can select the optimal setting for various tissue densities. Its ergonomic build ensures minimal noise and low temperature rise, while the lightweight handpiece weighs only 1.05kg with the battery attached. Powered by a high-capacity 1800mAh green Ni-MH battery, it sustains 40 minutes of continuous use per surgery, with a second battery included for uninterrupted workflow.

 Features of the Orthopedic Drill

  • This orthopedic drill is built for precision and durability in the operating room.
  • It features a detachable drill chuck crafted from imported stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance.
  • The quick-coupling interface allows for seamless attachment changes during surgery, enhancing surgical efficiency. An interface is customizable with two types including the large AO fitting, which aligns with global surgeon preferences.
  • The dual-speed function is integrated into a single trigger, providing intuitive speed control.
  • Additionally, the tethered battery lid is designed to prevent misplacement, streamlining surgical preparation and sterilization.

Usage & Distribution Opportunities

The bone drill machine delivers tailored performance for specific surgical needs: the 800 rpm setting provides high torque for dense cortical drilling in trauma surgery, while the 1200 rpm option is suited for precise, lower-torque applications. By attaching the Jacobs chuck, surgeons can perform standard drilling; attaching the K-wire driver facilitates precise wire insertion; and using flexible reamers with large AO fittings enables efficient intramedullary nail surgeries.

We are actively expanding our global network and extend a longstanding invitation for strategic partnership opportunities. This recruitment drive is specifically targeted at importers, dealers, and brand traders specializing in surgical power tools.
